Requirements
- Apple Silicon Mac running macOS 13 or later
- A Meta Quest headset (Quest 1, 2, 3 / 3S, or Pro) and a USB-C data cable
- On the headset, set the USB connection to File Transfer (MTP) and tap Allow when prompted
